Clinical services, educational programs, and coaching or practitioner support may use different payment pathways. Footsteps publishes rates, coverage, and payer information only after those details are confirmed.

How payment works by service

Start with the service you plan to use. Coverage and payment rules differ by service type and, when applicable, by payer and location.

Clinical Services

Licensed outpatient services may be billed to insurance when coverage and participation apply, or paid privately. Benefits and patient responsibility are determined by the applicable plan and service.

Educational Programs

Structured educational programs are generally private-pay unless an authorized funding source agrees otherwise. The full price is provided after qualification confirms the applicable program version and enrollment requirements.

Coaching & Practitioner Support

Coaching and non-clinical practitioner support are not psychotherapy and are generally not billed as clinical services.
